Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely, probably safer than using your credit card in a store. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site is built on a system which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone or we can send you a secure invoice by email.

All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only apply to residents of the state of New Jersey where we are located. We do not collect sales tax from residents of any other US state or the rest of the world.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Master Charge, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to the name and address given below.

How much will my shipping charges be?

For US shipping addresses, we charge a flat rate of $5.75. We ship all orders by Priority Mail or First-Class Mail from the United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes, if applicable, are clearly displayed. Wholesale pattern orders will be charged actual shipping cost.

International customers, please read this for some special circumstances that may affect international shipments.

What if I need to return my order?

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. Exchanges are subject to shipping costs and price differences. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Priority Mail for your protection. If returns from any single customer become frequent, we may charge a 20% re-stocking fee. 

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

We try to ensure that all items appearing on the web site are in stock for immediate delivery, but we cannot guarantee that all items on the web site are available. If an item you ordered is not available, it will automatically be deleted from your order unless you specifically request otherwise. Requests to backorder items may require charging additional postage. You may, of course, request that incomplete orders be cancelled.

What is your policy on privacy?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others, period.

How do I track my order?

We normally send out tracking information by email when the order is shipped. The quality of the tracking for international packages depends on the destination country. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us using the phone number and addresses listed below.
